RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept unworn, undamaged product purchased for exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt date from www.rodolfolugojewelsusa.com, or in-store purchases. Please report any order discrepancy within 24 hours of purchase or delivery. 

Items on Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. To begin a return process, please contact us at customercare@rodolfolugojewelsusa.com to obtain your authorization for the return. We cannot accept any returns that have not been authorized by our team.
